AUG Lunch Roundtable - August 13 - Highlights Edited

Thanks to everyone who came out today for the lunch AUG - we had some great food and discussion (and ice cream sandwiches to fend off the heat!) The welcome and fun fact was great as well, what an awesome group of interesting folks we have!

Special thanks to Roy Klomp from Toreno Information Solutions for his informative talk on Jira Core Groups, Roles and Permissions. Roy will be posting the survey results he discussed later this week so keep an eye out for that. 

Highlights from the open table question period:

• What licensing options are available with HipChat/Stride being sunset
  • partners confirmed that licenses are and will still be available
• Recommendation for Easy Agile User Story Maps
  • Epics and stories are shown in a vertical view
  • Users appreciated being able to create stories and epics directly from plug in interface
• Discussion around post workflow function webhook
  • Does not seem to work with Slack
  • @Susan Hauth _Jira Queen_ has raised a ticket around this
• Another plug in recommendation for Balsamiq
• Discussion around upcoming Atlassian Summit in Barcelona. Tickets still available. 
  • Both  AUG leaders @Susan Hauth _Jira Queen_ and @Danny Zuccaro will be attending so look out for them if you are going!
