Hi All,

Atlassian products can solve many industry problems relating to operations and business intelligence etc. although it doesn't solves all, this is where an add-on comes in to add that extra feature to it. There are many add-on Apps on the Marketplace and some are free while others are paid. So without an add-on can you still enjoy your Atlassian Product? The answer is "Yes". you can still enjoy your Atlassian product but add-ons just makes the Atlassian suite even better if you have scalability in mind. As add-ons extends the features that are not available on Atlassian products and the vast majority of add-ons are basically what makes Atlassian suite one of the best products in the market.

Add-ons are great and extend Atlassian's offerings and provide strong integrations with other products.  Atlassian over the last couple of years has been purchasing apps that are relevant to it's roadmap making their core offering stronger and more robust.  Can't wait to see what the app eco system provides over the next 20 years.
