best board for help desk with my account

We want to setup a help desk - we were using the Bug Tracker template, but I thought I'd see if there were better products.  I found by googling, that there is a 'Service Desk' product Jira has - when I setup projects, though, I get options for Scrum, Kanban, etc - including Bug Tracker, which is out of these the most appropriate and related, but we'd like a more general help desk for support, not just bugs and features. 

I'm wondering how or if I can add the Service Desk using my current account - or if that is a different Jira product (seems associated with something called Jira Cloud?)  Thanks
