Add multiple owner in dashboard: please show me the steps so can other also edit dashboard

Dashboards only have one owner who can edit them.

You can copy a board so both individuals can have a version they are able to edit.  If you do that, you'll have to copy the filters being used on the widgets to give the other person the ability to modify their query results.
