A user that has entries in the team calendar is no longer being found. @user works, his profile page is OK. This behaviour started after the user was away for 5 weeks and returned and started using Confluence again.
With the help of the Atlassian support team, after testing with a newly created temp account and the user was found in Team Calendars, a test was carried out on a computer that had neer logged onto the Confluence wiki instance before using the problem account, success again. Clearing the temporary internet files and various caches in all the browsers resolved the problem for all users that had the issue.
