Share one of your team practices & we'll give you a Play facilitator

We've heard from many that it's hard to get into the Atlassian Team Playbook without starting off with a good facilitator. So here's your chance...

make the deal.gif

For one month only, mid-November through mid-January, we are ready to make a deal.

  • Your team gets: an Atlassian facilitator. This includes:

    • A 20-minute prep session between the facilitator and a team representative on your end.

    • A 60-minute Play run by the facilitator for your entire team.

  • We ask for: a new group member to write an article on Community. This means:

    • For you (or one of your teammates) to share an article on a team practice you have found particularly helpful. Or, an article of why your team believes now is the moment you've decided to run a Play.
    • *The catch - this only applies to new members to the Teamwork Lab group. Already a member? That's okay! Find someone on your team who isn't a member to write the article and that will count for your team.

Once you publish your article, send a note to cdelarosa@atlassian.com with a link to your article. From there, y'all can work out timing for the prep + Play sessions.

Are you already your team's facliitator? And want more training as a facilitator?
Check out this opportunity exclusive to Teamwork Lab members.

we are inspired by how Amazon have meetings and especially the fact that in the beginning of each meeting everyone takes some minutes to go through a document stating what is the meeting about and what should be achieved

This is certainly food for thought. Now I need to think through content that would be compelling enough to be a worthwhile article...
