I just got the announcement about Jira Roadmaps. I am interested in using it but I also recently bought Portfolio and I am not sure if I need to get Roadmaps. Can anyone help with the differences and let me know if they are different enough that I need both?
We are a small Dev Shop using scrum. Approx 25-30 users total. We use Jira Cloud
Thanks<

Hi Eric,
Roadmaps and Portfolio are quite different. Mainly in their feature depth; Roadmaps is very, very simple (and currently only provides a view on a single Jira Project) whereas Portfolio allows much deeper functionality with seeing multiple projects, multiple levels of hierarchy, dependency visualisation, capacity planning and reporting.
It's up to you as to which will best meet your needs, but that's the difference between the products.
Cheers,
Bree
