I get this error message when looking at the Manage Add-Ons and Find New Add-Ons

A long-running task has been initiated by another user. To avoid conflicts, you will not be able to update add-ons until this task has completed.

It notes the task was started 9/5/2018. How do I clear this issue for JIRA Cloud?

@Jennie Sheridan, I would recommend you reach out to Atlassian Support for this issue. If you were on server I would say we should look at the logs but w/ Cloud you cannot to that. I would be interested if you see this continually and on other browsers.

The issue did present on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox all the same. You are right @Jack Brickey,it is purely an Support issue for Cloud. They are getting an engineer to see to the issue. Thanks for the guidance!
