We have a number of teams working off the same product backlog. Each team pulls from the product backlog into their own sprint backlog at sprint planning as per the LeSS framework. Any suggestions on what's the most effective way to recreate this using next gen? We'd like to maintain the flexibility for each team to work the way they would like, i.e. not necessarily constrain them to using the same columns as other teams, give them the flexibility to change if they'd like. Many Thanks
Since it is not possible to have more than one board in next-gen projects the only possible work-around would be to create a project for each team and one for backlog/specification.
Yes, it seems that way. We probably won't switch to next gen right now then.
