I can not use the next gen board, everytime I try to create an issue I receive the following message:
Something's gone wrong
Product Owner: User 'admin' is not valid for this user picker
It seems It want to add a labeled role I have in another project rather than my actual user name.
Hi Robin,
Can you please go to the custom fields and check if the field "Product owner" has a default value?
If so, please remove this value and try to open a ticket again.
Regards,
Angélica
I am sorry but I don't see custom fields in next gen project settings

Hi Robin,
Sorry, I should have specified.
The custom fields are located on Jira Settings > Issues > Custom fields.
There you can check if the custom field has a default value by clicking on ... > Configure > Default value.
Regards,
Angélica

This sounds exactly the an issue I'm having!
We have no custom fields in the project in question, but the field at the front of our error did exist in a project we deleted recently.
@Robin Sarfati did you ever resolve the issue?
