Issue creating child tasks on epic in BSM project in JIRA

I've created the following epic:
https://besmartee.atlassian.net/browse/BSM-8928
but am apparently unable to create child tickets on the epic. Can we fix that please?

Welcome to the community.

As just other users of Jira, community members cannot access your Jira instance to look at anything. You are going to need to contact your own company's administrators for Jira, or the administrator for that specific project to get assistance.
