How to show 'releases' 'issues and filters' 'pages' 'components'?

Some projects have 'releases' 'issues and filters' 'pages' 'components' like the left image but, some don't have like the right.

I want to make all the projects show them.

Looks like you’d need to disable the use of next-gen projects and migrate issues from the existing next-gen projects to be Classic. 

That image on the left is Classic, on the right is Next-gen.
