Does Jira next-gen has ability to set WIP limit?

Im struggling to find the functionality where I can set WIP limit; Could you help me please?

In regards to limits you can set column limits if you are using Kanban: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/get-started-with-next-gen-projects/

If you are using Scrum, these limits should be in place based on the number of issues you pull into the sprint at the start of the sprint. If it's becoming an issue and people are adding things midway through a sprint you may want to review who has access to manage the sprints (administrator role) for the next gen project.
