Como replicar o copiar un proyecto de tipo ultima generacion?

ES: Se requiere que el proyecto que  tengo en mi entorno de JIRA interno se pase tal cuál en el entorno de JIRA externo.

EN: It is required that the project that I have in my internal JIRA environment is passed as it is in the external JIRA environment.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When using next-gen, currently, there is no option to clone projects. Next-gen projects are independent of other projects, so custom fields, issue types created in one project cannot be applied or share with others.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
