Hi All,
Thanks for taking the time to read our issue..
We like to have some automation from Jira in combination with Tempo Timesheets:
We have 2 types of incidents;
Incident (External) - Billable
[Internal] Incident - Non Billable
When we have a incident reported by the clients its billable untill we found out that its not their misstake. we put the Incident on Internal Incident;
So we know how many internal incidents we have.
But also the time need to go to our Intern Account (Non-Billable)
Is there a way to automate this? I can't find a way in Jira Automation.
Or what could be the workaround? other solution?
Hi,
Have you seen the old Codebarrel blog - https://blog.codebarrel.io/automation-for-jira-now-compatible-with-tempo-accounts-643ed61b86c
I'm not a Tempo expert but there is some level of native integration.
Cheers,
Nick Menere
