Change Issue Type - Automate change Account

Edited

Hi All,

Thanks for taking the time to read our issue..

We like to have some automation from Jira in combination with Tempo Timesheets:

We have 2 types of incidents;

Incident (External)  - Billable

[Internal] Incident  - Non Billable

When we have a incident reported by the clients its billable untill we found out that its not their misstake. we put the Incident on Internal Incident;
So we know how many internal incidents we have.

But also the time need to go to our Intern Account (Non-Billable)

Is there a way to automate this?  I can't find a way in Jira Automation.

Or what could be the workaround? other solution?

Hi,

Have you seen the old Codebarrel blog - https://blog.codebarrel.io/automation-for-jira-now-compatible-with-tempo-accounts-643ed61b86c

I'm not a Tempo expert but there is some level of native integration.

Cheers,

Thanks for this, but Automation for Jira is for Server version.

Can't find it for Cloud.

"Automation for Jira" is now native functionality in Cloud.

We offer basic support for Tempo Account in Edit Issue Action.
