We currently use the KACE (Quest) as well as JIRA and we are looking to see if there is an integration to where a KACE ticket created would create the issue in a JIRA project? I did see notes from over a year ago that this was not working but other notes seem to suggest there is a way either by way of API or email notification sent from KACE to JIRA. Appreciate any feedback?
