Use this once = use this thing one time

Delete the other once = Delete this thing one time (this probably doesn't make sense)

Use these ones = use these things over here. 

Delete the other ones = delete the other things over there. 

 

I think your second combination is the only one that makes any sense, although you can just say "Use these and delete the other ones."
