Atlassian Team Playbook - Skillshare class intro to 8 attributes of high-performing teams

If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough. This Albert Einstein quote rings true for us at Atlassian, as we seek to unleash the potential of every team. While tools are a key part of success, they're not the only essential ingredient for a high-performing team. We believe teams need the right practices in place to thrive. That's why we created the Atlassian Team Playbook, which we're sharing with the world for free!

Our Work Futurist, Dom Price, recently partnered with SkillShare to offer a few insights into why and how to use the Playbook content, with an emphasis on the 8 attributes common amongst high-performing teams. We'd love for you to check out the class, share it with your network, and ask questions here on what makes sense and what needs more explaining! Here's a few more details:

About the class

Accessibility
This class is free for all users, paid subscribers or guest visitors, at skl.sh/atlassian.

In-depth class
While the website (atlassian.com/team-playbook) provides overview-level info, the class goes deep on the attributes of effective teams.

Attributes break down
Dom, Head of R&D and Work Futurist, breaks down each attribute by

  1. definition
  2. success tips and common mistakes
  3. evaluation step
  4. action plans for growth

He also provides case studies and paints a picture on how to get started.
