After our weekly restart Team Calendars isn't working. In reading the error logs, it appears that the plugin is not being found. We have even uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin without any change to the error. In the manage add-ons menu, the plugin shows that it is enabled. The Calendar link at the top of the screen is also present. We have deleted the plugin caches as well. All searches of these errors point to a cache problem or a plugin not starting problem, both of which we have looked into without success. Has anyone seen anything like this before or have any ideas. Also, I did not include the full stack trace as each one is approx 100 lines long.

Hi Chris,

I would like to suggest you to create a support ticket together with your confluence support zip so that we can understand the issue better and it also will help us to narrow down the search faster with the zip :)

Thank you.

() I tried to add the log file to this comment, not sure if it worked. If it didn't work, what's the best way to get the log out here?

Hi, Could look for the latest " starting confluence" inside the log, then provide the log from there onwards so that we can check what's happening after the last restart. Thank you

Wayne,

We used the procedures stated here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Unable+to+Enable+Team+Calendars+after+Upgrading+Plugin+to+Version+2.5.0+or+Higher

Do you really want the full log file, or simply the full stack trace for the errors above? The full file is 20.2Mb.

Thanks

Hi Chris,

Can I know how did you clear the plugin cache? which folder that you have deleted?

Have you shutdown your confluence before the delete?

Could you please provide the full log of your confluence ?

Thank you
