I cannot subscribe to Team Calendars with Apple Calendar.
I followed the step-by-step guide. However, calendar does not show any calendars. After restarting Apple calendar a server error is reported (CalDAVAccountRefreshQueueableOperation).
I am on macOS Mojave 10.14.6 and the server is running Confluence 7.0.1 with Team Calendars 6.0.42.
Subscribing with Thunderbird works.
I am also receiving this message on Catalina 10.15.4, Confluence 6.3.10, Team Calendars 6.0.27
