Where can I disable shortcuts in jira?

I don't know how many times I have assigned tickets to myself by accident. I tried to filter all tickets by name, the UI was too slow (or refreshed or sth.) and I pressed the key for "assign to me". It is very annoying.

If you press "shift + ," it opens the Keyboard Shortcuts overlay.

You can also access this via the ? mark icon on the top right and clicking Keyboard Shortcuts.

"shift + ," doesn't work for me. I found the ? (in the bottom left corner though) and can see the list of shortcuts but I still couldn't find how to disable them.
