Out team have been working with Stride for several months. we connected Bitbucket and JiRA notifications to Stride rooms.
Last week, we decided migrate to Slack (after Atlassian Announcement). I removed Stride subscription from Atlassian billing, so now I have no account in Stride.
For some reason, i'm still getting JIRA notification messages from Stride <email@example.com> email.
How can I stop it?
In order to stop receiving notifications from Stride in Jira, please navigate to Stride integration inside Jira and delete the integration.
If it doesn't work, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team for further troubleshooting.
