would you be so kind to advice, I want to create a live chat Room that will allow any customer to send a message via web browser without any registration or authorization. Is there any options that Stride able to provide?

Right now, you would have to add those customers to your site for registration because we don't have guest access.
Later on this year we will be adding the ability to invite guests to Stride. This means that you could limit the access of a user that is coming from outside your organization.
