Will messages tagged as "Action" and "Decision" link back to appropriate place in conversation?

In Stride Early Access (Nov-30 2017) you may tag messages as either Action or Decision types and they appear in the Highlights area at the right. Clicking on one of these items seems to do nothing.

Will clicking on an item in Highlights bring you to the point in the conversation where the message occurred?
