Seeing that "user management" is a paid feature, I'm a little panicked that moving to Stride will mean we can no longer add users to our chat system and rooms, help them change their emails, and (when needed) deactivate them.
Are there free basic user management features or does moving to stride mean we're giving up all user control? How would we add users? Remove users?
If there are free basic user management features, what's free and what's paid?
Hey Beta! You should be covered - user management at the free tier includes the ability to claim your domain, add and remove users, update users' names, usernames, and emails, etc. We have more documentation on what is included here.
The paid tier includes features that fall under our recently announced "Identity Manager," which includes SAML SSO, enforced two factor authentication, password policies, and priority cloud support. Check out this post for more information.
It would be bad if admins couldn't deactivate people who leave a company. Indeed. Let's see what Kesha says.
