Those users I've invited to our Stride Beta land on our Cloud JIRA instance once they've signed up, which is very confusing for them. Surely if they follow the sign-up journey it should land them on app.stride.com ?

Hi Kit,

When you say 'beta' do you mean the early access program? If you are in the early access program, you shouldn't connect Stride to your Cloud JIRA instance. 

You can also submit a request to Support and they can help you out!

Hi Lauren,

yes - the early access program. I didn’t actively connect our JIRA cloud instance, it just seems to be setup that way already. I’ll submit a suppport request.
