I'm trying to obtain token using room tokens. There is no “Apps” sidebar in the web UI. Do I understand correctly: it will became visible once I get early access?

(vague is our specialty) But actually, Stride apps are rolling out over the next couple weeks. Some users see it right now. I was wrong about Stride apps being tied to Early Access (that's my fault, I misunderstood).
If you don't see the 'apps' icon on your sidebar, you will soon.
We are still incorporating a lot of feedback and making changes/improvements to Stride, so we will probably not move out of Early Access for a month or more.
