We cannot edit or delete existing Trello alerts.

When opening specific boards from the Configure Trello button, 

it only shows the dialog loading without any functional buttons.

The delete button is also not useable.

Tried in Chrome, Safari, Firefox. and Mac App. Same results.

I can confirm that I am seeing the same behavior on my end, both on desktop & web client. With that, I went ahead and created the following bug report to address this issue to the development team:
