I click logout, and nothing happens.
I quit, reboot and then go into Stride and I am automatically logged in with the wrong credentials (I have 2 Atlassian accounts) and moved to a page asking me to set up a new team. I click logout, and nothing happens.....
Any ideas how to break this cycle, I simply want to login using my other Atlassian credentials....
It seems you hit into a bug where you were using wrong credentials and unable to logout: Mac client logout does not log user out.
As a workaround, could you perform the followings as stated in the bug report:
Firstly, replicate the behavior (open up Stride and when hit with the error, try logging out)
Then, under the 'Help' dropdown menu, select 'Open Log Directory'
Make a copy of the logs and save it in case you'd like Support to investigate further. (it is important to create a copy first, as the workaround steps may end up removing them altogether. We need the logs to dig deeper into the behavior.)
Once you have obtained the logs, please quit the Stride client.
Navigate to the /Home/Library/ folder
Once in the Library directory, navigate to the 'Application Support' Folder and delete the 'Stride' folder.
Start Stride back up, and it should prompt you to log in to Stride again
