Unable to fetch a user with stride rest api

We are not able to fetch the user for our integration . We get 404 Error code

This was working as of Wednesday not sure what changed and triggered this issue.

Hello @urvish saraiya

A 404 in this case generally means that the user does not exist. In this particular case though, this is a new user we added to send messages to conversations when an app is installed in a room. There's a known issue with this user not having user details available that we're working to resolve.  My best suggestion is to either ignore it for now or block lookup of that ID until we resolve the issue. 

Also, you can post questions about the Stride API in our developer community where I monitor for questions like these and also get support from other developers.
