Unable to Invite New Users to Stride

I am using a  Mac (OS High Sierra version 10.13.2).  We are moving from HipChat to Stride.  I am unable to send invitations to other members of my team (but one of my co-workers who is using Windows is able to).

 

When I click on the "invite People to Stride" icon at the bottom of the chat screen, then enter an email address, then click "Invite", I'm always given an error that says "We couldn't send the invitations".  There is no place to click to get more information on the reason it's failing.

Any ideas?

I get the same error "We couldn't send the invitations." every time.

While I was an "admin" for our account, I wasn't a "site admin."  Once I was changed to a "site admin", I was able to invite people.  I hope this helps you, Jordan.

Same thing happened to me, except the error on iOS was "We stumbed a bit here".
