Ive made sure the correct time zone is selected. The time is correct under my profile information, but when someone sends me a message, it's 2 hrs off.

Can you please confirm if your system time is in sync with your Stride Timezone?
For example, I have the same timezone (Kuala Lumpur) set on my Stride profile and on my machine for comparison. On my side, I can confirm that the timestamp match each other. Additionally, I would like to check on the following too:
