Stride works in web browser, but windows app says I don' have a team

Hi guys, I have an early access account for stride and tried it a couple of weeks ago, both in browser and with the windows App (64Bit) worked in general, but still a bit buggy.
Yesterday I wanted to see how far the product is in the meantime and updated the Win-64 App. Now it is saying "You don't seem to be on any stride team" If I press "Create a Team" the browser opens and shows me my actual team with all my mates. I am confuse. I tried to Log off / log on, fresh install etc. buit still the same. Any suggestions ?
I am keen to check the quality of audio and video conferencing and get rid of GTM. Hopefully somebody can help me!  Cheers Jorge

I'm having this exact problem right now. It works perfectly on web but on windows it says that i'm not in a team.

• Log-out button does nothing at all
• Settings button does nothing
• Uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing
• Uninstalled, deleted appdata/Local/attlasian/Stride contents and same thing.

any idea about what to do?

I'm on windows 10
