Stride won't Fire Up

I keep trying everything on the troubleshooting page to get Stride fired up and working, but cannot, for the life of me, get past the 'something slipped up' chestnut. 

At present, Stride isn't really looking ready for prime time, let alone billing. That's my infinite loop of nothing happening user experience.

I want to switch to Stride and away from MS Teams. Please help me out. Happy for someone to hop on the backend and do this manually. Automation certainly isn't working for now. At least out here in the real client world. Thanks.
