Stride late export

A bit late to the party, just wanted to know where/how to go about export Stride data...

When I opened up the windows app all there was is a blank white window and I can't seem to find any answer for another route.

By default, you should be able to generate the Stride export until March 15, 2019 based on the Stride and Hipchat Cloud have reached End of Life (updated) post. 

At this point, may I recommend you to log in to your Stride web interface first to see if you have the option to generate the export from there based on the documentation here (under the Stride section)?
