Stride - how to get notifications in app when you have multiple domains?

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.
I'm using Mac Desktop Version 1.8.18
I have two different domains and can toggle between them by clicking the grey atom icon. However, I will only be alerted of new messages for the currently active. I have to toggle between periodically to check for new notifications. Is there a better way? I was sort of hoping/suspecting there would be a number on the domain badge or similar.
