Hi Errol, 

According to the StatusPage and a quick test from myself there is/was no issue. You can have a look in the future yourself at status.atlassian.com

Since I don't think it was a major/global outage. Can you add some info of the problem(s) you encountered?

Thanks Maarten, I believe it is just for the desktop app - the chat keeps loading endlessly. I'm using a Mac. The iOS app works fine, and I believe my colleagues have resorted to using the Web App are not facing any issues too. Appreciate the speedy assistance :)

Your Web App isn't working for me either.. :( It's just showing the splash page with the "Stride Pro tip" for the past 10 minutes or so.
