since we are using stride some days, I think I should change my question a little bit: The problem is not the missing state "busy" on a call but the fact that we just don't see if someone is in a meeting or not.
Sometimes I saw a green camera icon beneath a name in the contact list, should this icon indicate that this person is in a meeting? If yes, then the mechanism is not working properly, since the icon appears only sometimes and then after the meeting was performed.
