If I understand you correctly, you have a custom Stride App (not one in the market place) that you need to add to all users on your account? If you have the App installed, it should affect all users and rooms be default, you should only need to activate it.
Yes you are correct but we need to add users one-by-one rather than adding for only general channel.
About this part, we thought there might be an admin section which help us to add all users.
For instance (A, B, C, D are users),
A -> B (send messages via our app)
A -> C (send messages via our app)
A -> D (send messages via our app)
