So we have started using Stride at my company but I'm having issues getting some people access. I have created rooms and I send invitations but the recipients say they didn't get the invite. Some have tried to go to directly to
app.stride.com but get "no teams" or "no site" errors. I haven't spent much time digging into the issue so quite likely something I'm doing wrong here.
I seem to have navigated my way clear on this but I can't say for sure exactly how. I did some re-invites which seemed to have worked this time. I think the app is suffering from early day bugs which I'm fine with...for now. ;-)
