Some confusion with migration from hipchat to stride

Hello. I have the company account in HipChat. And I received an email with the invitation to migrate to Stride. I logged into the Stride with my HipChat account and all seems OK. But when any of my team members try to login to the Stride they receive the message that they have not any Stride company.
How can I migrate whole my team and all chatrooms to the stride?
