Problem Setting up Stride to Bitbucket

Hi, Atlassian Community and stride. I'm Setting up and Do the Prerequisite already to use Stride to bitbucket but still, I can't use the Stride to bitbucket, I cant call the repo and I cant use it. can someone help me? so, my team, we will integrate it?

Hi Jesseca,

Can you try to follow the steps below in order to verify if the Stride add-on is installed in Bitbucket? 

  1. Access your Bitbucket account 
  2. Access Settings 
  3. Click on Manage Integrations
  4. Check if Stride is listed 
  5. If not, navigate to Find Integrations and try to search and add stride from there

Hi Jesseca, 

In that case, the most likely reason might be because:

  • You're not the repository's owner or an admin of the repository's team 
  • The owner or admin hasn't granted you Stride access to the Bitbucket account

Hello @Nágila Marques

 

I Test it from a new repo which is I'm the admin and I connect it. I told to our Admin to connect it and I'll wait for him to accept and set it up.
