When I click "resend recovery link" on the splash screen of the desktop client, it takes me to a webpage which I use to send a recovery link. That arrives in my email and I click the link, which takes me to a password reset form. I reset my password and submit.
Then the web browser shows a white page with the message "We're having trouble loading that site." The url is https://stride.desktop.atlassian.io/.
The password reset does not take, so now there is nothing I can find to do to get this password reset.

Please follow the steps below to try to reset your password again:
After changing your password, try to access your Cloud instance again in a new tab in the browser.
