I have several members of my team who always show up as "Guest" when they enter Stride meetings. All of them are using the Stride client for Mac, and I can see and message all of them--by name--in my Stride client.
Any thoughts?

I'm not sure what's going on there. My only suggestion would be to make sure that those team members are signed-in.
If the problem continues, I would reach out to Support. They can give you more personalized help.
