LifeCycleCallbackServiceError during app installation

Hi, I hit an error when installing an app into a conversation. I use ngrok to host the app descriptor. The app descriptor is fine, but the installation URL keeps giving me the LifeCycleCallbackServiceError. May I know what is the root cause?
