It is now 2018, when will existing Hipchat instances be migrated to Stride?

We have a Hipchat instance based on a verified domain - users are anxious to migrate to Stride. When will that happen?

Hi Ruth!

Your Hipchat admin should have been emailed about when your team will be upgrading to Stride.

Generally we've been saying that Hipchat teams will be migrated over the next 6months or so.

I am the Hipchat Admin and yes I was sent an email that we would be migrated in the next 6 mo or so. I was also at the launch of Stride at the Atlassian Summit in September and was told that the migration would be done by the end of 2017. What is the hold up? What is the current schedule?

I'm sorry there seems to be a mix-up. We didn't have any plans to migrate all teams by the end of 2017 that I know of.

We are continuing to migrate teams all the time, it just takes time to move over files, message history, etc.

What is the expected timeframe? What does the backlog of instances that need to be migrated look like?
