Is there a way to customize code snippits for Stride? When I just copy paste code, formatting is not the same as the code I copied it from.

I'm thinking that if you use the code markdown, you're code should stay intact.
You can either use ⌘ or ctrl + shift + m to start a code snippet or type ` around your text, like this `code`
