I can't log in - error is "We are unable to confirm that your name is not affiliated with a restrict

In full:

"We are unable to confirm that your name is not affiliated with a restricted entity.

 A customer advocate will contact you for information that will help us establish your identity."

I've not had any email in the last 36 hours.

Any suggestions as to what I do next?

I wanted to double check if you were able to have this issue sorted out with the customer advocate team. If you have not, please provide me with more details on the original request so I can assist with a new ticket creation.
