How to add second domain to the existing organization

Hi,

I have a requirement wherein I need to add users from different domain to our existing atlassian organization as second domain. I'm not able to see such option in the admin console. I see "Add Site" but not sure what it does. Can someone please help?

For ex: my domain is abc.xyz.com and want to add one more domain 123.pqr.com to the same organization.

It's 2021 and apparently no one knows the answer to this question still... (I have the same question).
