How do I remove myself from a stride team?

Hello, I have an Atlassian account associated with my personal email and one associated with my work-provisioned email. I accidentally joined the stride team using my personal email's atlassian account. How can I remove that atlassian account from the stride team so that I can add my work email's atlassian account to the team (so that there aren't two of me)?

Alternatively, can I join two atlassian accounts together?

Hi Isaiah, 

The best way to leave a Stride team or to simply change your email address within the group is by reaching out to the instance's admin. 

At this moment, it's not possible to merge Atlassian accounts, but you can certainly join multiple Atlassian instances with the same email address.
